	The company was founded in 1989 as a partnership between Mr.Somkait wongkusollert and Mr. Somboom Buphakornkarn as CEO. By the mid-1990 ‘s the company precision mouldings and extrusions are produced and supplied to the construction. Automotive and general manufacturing industries. Amongst the companies supplied by Somboon & S. P. Rubber are Hitachi, Kawasaki, Honda, Nippon Denso (Thailand), Siam steel International, Italian-Thai Development co., for the new Bangkok overhead transit system, MBM B. Grimm, Peterson 1990, Permasteelisa. In the construction industry in Thailand as well as Flour City Construction in Hong Kong. Another regular customer is the Korean-Thai oil Filter manufacturers Thai-Asco.
